Sturdy, vintage "Liberty Stripe" cotton fabric from Waverly Fabrics has been paired with a 1940's era work apron and made into a perfect everyday tote bag. A photograph of the original label that came on the fabric is included in this listing.
The material used to construct this bag is over 40 years old but still in the most wonderful condition. Any discoloration of the fabric is the result of many years of natural wear and aging.
Fully lined with light brown colored canvas, this medium bag can easily hold everything you need during the day. Three exterior pockets as well as two large inner pockets can comfortably fit a wallet, ipod, phone, etc.
Straps and closure made from soft, 8oz brown cowhide.
An adjustable, removable shoulder strap is made from WWII era cotton rope.
Bag measures approximately 18 in wide, 13 in tall, 6 in deep.
Strap drop approximately 11 in.
Much time and care is put into making every Forestbound bag one of a kind.
