Sturdy, olive colored canvas salvaged from a WWII era US navy duffel bag has been transformed into a perfect every day tote bag. Features a Vietnam era skull and crossbones patch which represented the Mobile Strike Force Command recon team of the US Army Special Forces. Writing on patch translates to 'Willing to Die'.
The material used to construct this bag is over 70 years old but still in the most wonderful condition. Original printing and stitching from the canvas has been incorporated into this bag to highlight the unique nature of the material. Any discoloration of the fabric is the result of many years of natural wear and aging.
Fully lined with brown cotton canvas, this medium bag can easily hold everything you need during the day. Two large inner pockets can comfortably fit a wallet, ipod, phone, etc.
Shoulder straps made from soft, 10oz brown cowhide.
Bag measures approximately 17.5 in wide, 12 in tall, 5.5 in deep.
Strap drop approximately 8.5 in.
Much time and care is put into making every Forestbound bag one of a kind.
