Sturdy, worn-in ticking fabric salvaged from a 1940's era mattress cover has been paired with a vintage white cotton work apron and turned into a perfect everyday carryall.
The material used to construct this bag is over 60 years old but still in the most wonderful condition. Any discoloration of the fabric is the result of many years of natural wear and aging.
Fully lined with light brown colored canvas, this large bag can easily hold everything you need during the day or for a weekend away. Three outer pockets as well as two inner pockets can comfortably fit a wallet, ipod, phone, etc.
Straps and closure made from soft, 8oz brown cowhide.
An adjustable, removable shoulder strap is made from WWII era cotton rope.
Bag measures approximately 18 in wide, 13 in tall, 5 in deep.
Strap drop approximately 5.5 in.
Much time and care is put into making every Forestbound bag one of a kind.
